Proverbs 15 v 1-2
A soft answer turns away wrath but grievous words stir up anger.
The tongue of the wise use knowledge but the mouth of fools pours out foolishness.

Trust the voice within
There’s a still small voice within us that often speaks to us. It’s the voice that alerts you when there’s danger lurking around the corner.
It’s the voice of hope, joy, love, peace and comfort but we often choose to ignore it and instead give way to the voice of despair, gloom, hopelessness, futility and distrust. We distrust our own judgement and our innate sense of right and wrong and give in to apathy. Continue reading
What is your proudest moment?

Thought for the day
Psalm 30 v 5
“For his anger is but for a moment, and his favour is for a lifetime.
Weeping may tarry for the night but joy comes with the morning.”

Thought for the day
I love this bible verse from : Ecclesiastes 9:11
“I have seen something else under the sun;

Thought for the day
Beware of crooked smiles.
Thought for the day
A smile can soften the hardest of heart.
Proverbs, Phrases, saying, idioms and expressions

“The pen is mightier than the sword,” is a phrase coined by Edward Bulwer-Lytton, in 1839. Apparently it was a line in his play. Richlieu.
